For more challenging peaks and mountain climbing, we also provide the training with the use of ropes and snow, ice and rock climbing techniques. For the serious 8,000m+ mountaineering expeditions, you require good climbing techniques and prior experience. We take your full mountaineering profile into account to determine if you are ready to try these. The difficulty levels are mentioned with each trip.

The best trekking seasons are spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) when the weather is stable, and the views are spectacular. While winter and monsoon treks are also possible, they require more preparation and flexibility. Most high altitude climbing over 8,000m are open for spring and autumn only.
