Trip Overview

The trip offers the best of adventures from Nepal. It takes you into the heart of the Himalayas, with awe-inspiring views of the world’s highest mountains, followed by white water rafting and wildlife safari.

We climb the famous Everest viewing point of Kala Patthar (5,600m), as well as going to the actual site of base camp, below the tumbling Khumbu Icefall. The trip takes you into the heart of the Himalayas, with awe-inspiring views of many of the world’s highest and most beautiful mountains.

Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Explore historic sites in Kathmandu and enjoy rock climbing in Nagarjun.

Fly to Lukla

Fly to Lukla and begin the trek to Everest Base Camp (5364m).

Trek to Everest Base Camp

Trek through the Himalayas, taking in spectacular views of some of the world’s highest peaks.

Rafting or Kayaking

Experience thrilling rafting or kayaking on the Trishuli River.

Days 15-16
Chitwan National Park

Enjoy a wildlife safari in Chitwan National Park.

Return to Kathmandu

Highly recommended!Top Himalaya Guides is run by Tshering Pande Bhote and Chhidar Lama, both highly respected individuals. Tshering was my guide on Everest in 2004 and Chhidar is on the Board of WHY, an educational charity for Bhote people that I started in 2012. They both contribute considerably to their community and run an honest and professional business.Both have been working in Norway during the summer season for many years now and are well aquinted to Scandinavian life and habits.

Tshering is as legit as they come! We had the pleasure of spending 3 days climbing with him near Kathmandu and had a phenomenal time! He’s an incredibly experienced mountain guide who was always happy to share his knowledge with us but at the same time very humble. Also just a funny dude lol. Would definitely go back for more climbing/mountaineering with him.

My partner and I had a great trek and climbing experience with Top Himalaya Guides.Participated on Himalaya Five Peaks Technical Climbing Course with Ama Dablam, which offered a great trek through the Khumbu valley and other nearby valleys, in addition to climbing several peaks. The highlight of the tour was to climb Ama Dablam.The service was exceptional, way above what we expected.
