Tshering Pande Bhote, Long Line Helicopter Rescue Specialist and director of Top Himalaya Guides, is one of Asia's most accomplished high-altitude professionals. A seven-time Everest summiteer, he later became one of the first Nepalese to earn the prestigious IFMGA certification after advanced training in New Zealand and France. There, he demonstrated exceptional technical skill—opening a new route on the south face of Mt. Cook, completing the first winter ascent of the east face headwall of Mt. Haidinger, and soloing the steep south face of Douglas Peak in winter.
